No Bake Mini Graham Cracker Pies with Pumpkin Fluff

What the heck is pumpkin fluff? I’d say it’s basically whipped cream with pumpkin. Pretty simple, right? For this recipe I take homemade pumpkin fluff, pile it into three little pie crusts and top it with granola for a yummy semi-healthy treat.

These delicious frozen chocolate covered banana pops covered in chocolate are the perfect semi-healthy treat for a hot summer day. Or any day, really. The frozen bananas taste so similar to ice cream (especially when you use super ripe bananas), but you get the benefit of potassium, no added sugar and no dairy. The chocolate candy shell is just icing on top.
