Hello party people!
I was checking last month’s Did You Know link-up and it was the most happening month yet!
There were 18 links and they were all visited multiple times..way more times than the past link-ups. Thank you guys for being awesome and showing love to the bloggers linking up!
If you have no idea what the Did You Know link-up is all about, check out last week’s post where I high-light some of the awesome things about this link-up, including our pinterest board filled with pins from Did You Know participants:

The links that were clicked on the most last month were:
How to Count Calories Responsibly by Niquole at the Fitty Duck
I definitely agree with Niquole that calorie counting can be addictive. I had to do calorie/nutrition tracking a couple of times for school and I would start to be obsessed with getting below whatever benchmark was set for me. I wouldn’t mind checking in every once in awhile to see where I’m at, but more for nutrition purposes and not calorie purposes.
5 Things I Learned While Completing my Undergraduate Degree in Nutrition by Melissa at Mango About Town
This post had me pondering my schooling options (yet again) and drooling over the possibility of learning about nutrition in school again. Melissa is a total nutrition nerd like me and I love it!
My personal favorite post that was linked:
Did You Know…How Much Sugar You’re Eating? via Nicole at The Fit Pepper
This was such an informative and educational post plus it’s such an important topic to consider! Perfect for this link-up! I know I probably consume way more sugar than I think and I need to remember to check the sugar content on packages (slash just not eat as much packaged food).
Normally I would also introduce the post(s) I’m linking up, but I have been struggling the past week with this cold thing I have and the coughing all night thing is rendering me slightly useless. The cough is seeming more productive, so maybe I’m on the mend? Anyhow, I will be posting my post tomorrow and linking up and you should get excited about the post…it’s about a seasonal favorite that starts with a “p.” I bet you can guess it if you have seen my last couple of recipes. 😉
Now it’s your turn to link-up! Can’t wait to learn from you!
