My mom LOVES LIVER! And she cooked me some when I was at home, and while I am all about eating weird foods, liver was just WAY TOO STRONG OF A FLAVOR FOR ME! I just couldn’t do it. Nope. Nada. Ha Ha! I will just fill up on other healthy foods ๐

Yeah I have never tried it and it’s not exactly on my list of foods to try…but I will say, it IS packed with nutrients! Good for your mom though haha!!
