It’s Wednesday yet again! And I have the day off! And it’s summer!!
I worked over the long-weekend that everyone else had, so this is my little vacation. I’m feeling better, baring the phlem hanging around in my throat (tmi?), so instead of laying around, I might get up and do some cleaning projects. Watch out house!
I have noticed that when I am just laying around the house (like the WIAW post from last week…yea I’ve been sick for a couple of weeks), I really don’t get that hungry. This changes when I’m working at my jobs (coffee catering, waitressing, babysitting twins) or working out regularly so it weirds me out a little when my appetite is low. Can anyone else relate?

{Breakfast} 9am (finished around 11am): Creamy peanutbutter and grandma jelly on sandwich thins. Yum. Breakfast is my favorite.
{Lunch} 2pm: Cottage cheese and veggie chips.
These newfound chips are actual vegetables made into chips.
The calorie and sodium content don’t seem that different than regular potato chips though…but at least they are veggies?
{Pre-walk snack} 6pm: Mini chocolate chip clif bar
Yes, I actually got out and went for a walk!! A little over a mile long. First planned exercise (besides work) in a couple of weeks. Let me tell you, it was nice! I really had to hold myself back from running!
{Dinner} 8pm: Grilled chicken salad deliciousness!
Over baby spinach, garden fennel veggie crisps and topped with mozzarella cheese and a side of jalepeno ranch.
The best part of dinner was watching Cupcake Wars with both of my sisters! We got to see the one with Jone’s Brother’s Cupcakes (from our hometown) so it was fun to watch.
This was also an episode where a lady drops cupcake batter all over the floor. All three of us were cracking up, rolling on the floor laughing at this poor lady’s misfortune.
Is that mean? Or is that what you get when you are running and carrying a full tray of cupcakes with only one hand?
{Dessert} Following dinner: Leftover “mess-up” cupcake ball…leftover from the hundred plus I made my friend for her Baby Gender Reveal Party this past weekend.
{Nighttime Snack} 10pm: Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal with bedtime green tea.
Well it seems to be time to tackle a cleaning project…or was my almost-forgotten meeting at my coffee-catering job enough work for the day? 😉
