Love Challenge Giveaway #2: Seven Sundays Muesli

February 9, 2014 by Amanda R DeWitt

Who can believe it’s Monday? Not me! I feel like I blinked and the weekend was gone! I’m pretty sure all I did was work on finances (a week late), eat, sleep and watch the olympics. I may have snuck in a run or two as well…I was reminded of the fact that I have a 10K coming up in a month. Eek!

One other thing I did was check the Love Challenge message board every five seconds a whole lot. Those of you who are participating (it’s not too late to sign up!) are incredibly inspiring and I can’t get enough of your good vibes! Keep up the love!

If you haven’t been to the blog in awhile or it’s your first time, I started a Love Challenge this month that includes some sweet prizes. Last week it was a Naturebox Giveaway, and this week I present to you Seven Sundays muesli!

I’ve already talked about this healthy company since they donated some goodies to our Blogger Brunch and Bootcamp a couple of weeks ago, but let’s chat a little more about muesli, shall we?

seven-sundays-review-and-giveaway

Muesli is like an uber healthy version of granola. It usually has a lot of extra healthy ingredients like nuts and dried fruits. What makes it even better for you is that there is much less sugar added, it isn’t made with oil or fats AND it is less toasted than granola so there is less nutrients lost through the heating process. One important way to love yourself is through eating well, so I thought this healthy (and tasty) food would be perfect for a Love Challenge giveaway.

If you want a heavily processed breakfast with hardly any nutrients, please look elsewhere.

This muesli can be eaten by the handful, by the bowlful (prepared like a bowl of oatmeal) or, as I prefer it, on top of things. I have now successfully added my Seven Sundays muesli atop of waffles, pancakes, my morning PB toast as well as my Chobani.

I joined the Love Challenge and am thoroughly “lovin” it so far. My favorite healthy food…goodness, that’s a tough one. Just to pick one? Well, if I had to be honest the one healthy food I can eat every day and never get sick of it is carrots. I swear I was a rabbit in my past life, I LOVE carrots. Preferably cooked, but raw is fine too.

I am registered for the challenge under Lisa P. I just commented on the challenge site and I don’t think it showed up…I’ve been trying to love myself by supporting my husband in talking about some tough decisions we have to make about the future of our jobs and where we are going to live. Anyway, my favorite healthy food is kale!

      February 15, 2014 at 7:21 pm

Hmm wonder why it isn’t showing up? Could you try again? Commenting twice a week is a requirement to win so let me know if it still isn’t working! 🙂
