I recently went onto DailyMile and saw this lovely message:
It had been 10 whole days since I had logged a workout. Which probably meant that I had not done any intentional exercise in 10 days. Yikes!
Of course I decided that would have to change. I’ve done a couple of Treadclimber workouts this week and some core exercises. It feels good to get moving again!
I still need to make a plan for my half-marathon training…stay tuned for that! I am a super nerd when it comes to planning things and I love figuring out all the details on a training plan.
It also gets me motivated to have a goal that I’m working towards. Such as running 13.1 miles!
Dailymile.com is a great site for encouraging fellow runners (or even non-runners who are just logging workouts) and getting motivation for yourself. It also has nerdy graphs and charts of your running, which of course I think is awesome!!

How nerd-tastic is this?
I will leave you (and me) with an inspirational graphic. 😉
PS I realized that New Year’s Day is a Tuesday and I wanted to do both a Teach Me Tuesday link-up and a New Year’s Resolution post link-up that day….so I am moving the New Year’s Resolution link-up to Thursday. Hope you can join in! 🙂
Happy Fitness Friday!

yay! And I missed following your training, too! 😉 I’m bad about only tracking my runs in DailyMile and I should really use it for my other workouts too..
Amanda aka Semi-Health Nut
Yes I’m going to try to track all my workouts on there and on the spreadsheet I’m making for half training. 🙂

I love the nerd in you! 🙂 The graphs alone would motivate me to do better with logging my workouts. Good luck in your endeavors in 2013! Oh, and I love the inspirational graphic…pinning that one! Visiting from the Fitness Friday Link Up.
