I got the pleasure of hanging out with two 8 month old dolls yesterday!
They are twins and although I’ve only watched them twice, I think I’m in love. 🙂
It’s very interesting to see how my day goes when I am with two little ones.
My eating definitely falls to the back burner and I often took a LONG time to eat an item while chasing around the kiddos. A taste of the future for sure!
The nice gal I babysit for told me to feel free to eat whatever…but I would feel bad eating ALL of their food so I brought some of my own.
{W.I.A.W.} What. I. Ate. Wednesday.
{Click for more info on WIAW}
{Breakfast} 6am: Peanutbutter and jelly toast + diet dew
{Snack} 10am: Oatmeal Bar (recipe to come!) + delightful coffee with cinnamon bun creamer
{Lunch} 12:30: Spinach + cottage cheese + walnuts (that I found in the freezer) + light basalmic vinaigrette and banana I shared with the kiddos + giant diet dew (I only got 4 hours of sleep the night before…)
{Snack}: 3pm: trail mix consisting of Special K with almonds, more almonds, dark chocolate chips and a little granola.
I didn’t really read my book..one of the little boogers didn’t want to go down for a nap so no afternoon break for this gal. But seriously, how can you get mad at these cuties??
{Dinner}: 6pm: More PB&J + baked lays and more diet dew…to drive an hour and a half to hang out with the BF
{Bedtime Snack}: Special K Fruit Crisps. These basically taste like poptarts but less frosting and only 100 calories.
All of this food is making me hungry. And I’m watching the Food Network so that probably doesn’t help either…or running 5 miles and only having an apple to eat at the hotel!
Must… get… fuel!
Have a great night all!
Do you have little ones at home? How do you make sure you stay fueled throughout the day?
