Banana Nut Muffins with a Fall Twist

November 28, 2011 by Amanda R DeWitt

Good Afternoon all,

I’d like to share a quick fall dessert idea with you.

I love baking from a box and adding my own twist.  Much less measuring and less mess as well.

Me and my sis made some delicious Fiber One Banana Nut Muffins and added our own flair to them.

Rachey was very helpful….

*Fall* Fiber One Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients:

  • Fiber One Banana Nut Muffin Mix (with required ingredients on box)
  •  1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup mini dark chocolate chips

 How To:

  1. Combine pumpkin puree and bananas, add wet ingredients.
  2. Slowly add mix.
  3. Add dark chocolate chips.
  4. Bake according to box.  Voila!

So grab a friend (and/or a sister) and whip up this quick fall treat!

Happy Monday! 🙂

Now tell the truth…do you use mixes from a box or a bag?
