I know, pizza again right? I know I posted a couple of weeks ago about pizza (Who Says You Can’t Have Pizza?)
Wait! You must look at how delicious this #grilled pizza looks!!
Mine has spicy hummus (first time with hummus), grilled yellow squash and green squash, chicken, and feta cheese (first time with feta too!) #tryingnewthings |
The afternoon actually started out with me helping the BF and BF Dad put together a brand new grill. Okay..I put the wheels on. Alright only two but I was a good helper!! It was about a hundred and fifty degrees out too so I think that counts for something right??

KitKat helped too |
So for the grilling…
We had plenty of fresh veggies from the garden…
BF Sister rubbed olive oil and put salt and pepper on all the veggies..YUUMMM!!
Green peppers and squash from the garden |
Kitten watching us grill |
We bought dough and separated it so we could make individual pizzas.
Grilling tips:
- The grill was heated to about 400 degrees (fancy grill has a thermometer).
- Grilled the veggies 5-10 min. and the dough for about 5 minutes.
- We then loaded our pizzas and threw em back on the grill for a few minutes with a slightly lower temp (until the cheeses melted). Putting it on the grill twice made it so the crust was crispy, so if that’s your thing…try it!!
This one has bacon bits on it! |
