Did You Know #6 [ Nutrition, Fitness + Health Link-Up ]

Happy Thursday! We are posting the Did You Know link-up a day early (usually it’s he first Friday of each month) since tomorrow is Independence Day for all of you American readers out there!

I suspect I will be heading to the pool Friday or something else super lazy since Dave and I BOTH happened to get the day off! We thought up until yesterday Dave was working and I was working Saturday and Sunday so we didn’t plan anything…but now Dave has Friday off and I have Friday + Saturday off so huzzah! Lazy day it is!

Basically Emily from More Than Just Dessert started a weekly post featuring different nutrition topics and she decided she wanted to do a link-up each month with myself and Emily from Sinful Nutrition. Not only am I honored, I am so excited to have this motivation to write more nutrition related posts because the very reason I started this blog was because I have a passion for [semi-healthy] nutrition!
