Thanks to all of the lovely blends who have been participating in my #30daysofthanks challenge where I have challenged myself and you all to focus each day on one thing you are thankful for in the month of November!
I wanted to give a special shout-out this week to two ladies who have been extra supportive of this challenge: Heather from Better with Veggies and Lauren from Sweat the Sweet Stuff.
Some of the high-lights from the #30DaysofThanks on social media include:
@SemiHealthNut Day 1: Thankful to have such great #blends to inspire & motivate me! #30DaysOfThanks

Day 5: I’m thankful that when something breaks, I can replace it. I know not everyone can do that! #30DaysOfThanks @semihealthnut β Heather Blackmon (@betterwithveg) November 6, 2013
Thankful for this post! @SemiHealthNut: 30 Days of Thanks Challenge: Finding the Silver Lining http://t.co/SU78RU4YzH β Emily Cooper, RD (@SinfulNutrition) November 5, 2013
Here is what I have taken time to be thankful for each day so far:
Day 1: Thankful for Gorgeous fall leaves.
Day 2: Thankful for coffee.
Day 3: Thankful I have the ability to run AND friends to run with!
Day 4: Thankful for hot soup!
Day 5: Thankful I have a job where I can make healthy food. (I’m not sure if I’d get as many veggies in each week without it!)
Day 6: I am thankful for my blends! (Blog + friend = blend)

Day 7: Thankful for being able to park in a garage! (Read: No scraping my windows in the morning!!)
What about you? What are you thankful for? Link-up your posts and/or tell me in the comments! The more we share, the more we can each remember and appreciate the good things we have in our life! (PS Make sure to check out the original 30 Days of Thanks Challenge post to grab a button and see how you can join in the fun!)

Right now…this very second…I’m thankful for yoga pants, hot cup of my favorite tea and a stack full of Christmas DVDs to choose from. I’m thinking, Home Alone π

Aww, I love the pic of the leaves! I’m thankful for: my family, my friends, and all my beautiful BLENDS, the fact that I’m still relatively young, but I own a home and besides my car, I am debt free, a good job that allows me to live the way I do (read: afford all the food I insist on buying), and heated seats in my car…yes, VERY thankful for those! π
Amanda aka Semi-Health Nut
Ooooh heated seats!! Sounds amazing! I am thankful for you!
