Apron Giveaway from Creator’s Gift

November 19, 2012 by Amanda R DeWitt

Hello Friends!

I am so excited about this giveaway because it has been in the making for months!

Back in July I went over to my friend Emily‘s house to take some pictures of her lovely aprons for her Etsy page.  (Please keep in mind that she makes mostly custom aprons, so there aren’t a lot of ready to buy aprons available now.  Emily has a lot of pretty photos on her Facebook page and I will show you some here as well.)

She also makes nursing covers, cute totes and has also made bibs if I remember correctly.  Check out her pictures on Facebook and message her if you’re interested!

She is one talented mama of one lovely little girl, Rhea and another girl on the way!  It’s no wonder that her heart lies in the “Mommy and Me” realm.

Emily makes matching “Mommy and Me” aprons that are so adorable you can’t help but “awww” all over them.

Her model is pretty stinkin’ cute too, if you ask me.

She just barely made the bowl with the oil…thus my face lol!

My heart melted when I heard her say my name “Manna” for the first time Saturday!

Emily gave me an apron back in July and I absolutely LOVE it.  I really needed one, since I tend to be a pretty messy cook and baker…can anyone relate?

I picked one out that she already had and asked for pockets (because who doesn’t love pockets??) and she graciously obliged.

I got to visit and bake with Emily and Rhea on Saturday and of course, we all wore our fancy, frilly, girlie, homemade aprons…and LOVED it.  Great girls night!  (PS I have a new recipe to share with you this week!)

Now I get to giveaway an apron to one lucky Semi-Healthy reader!

It’s a great time to win an apron for all of the holiday baking going on…also a great time to gift them for Christmas!

The detailing is gorgeous and the silver is even more dazzling in person.  (Would you all hate me if I entered my OWN contest??  I really want to!)

So how do you win this beauty?

Mandatory Entry:
(You must do this to be entered in the giveaway.)
*Tell us below who’s cooking/baking you are most thankful for or who you would gift an apron to.*
(In line with my 30 Days of Thanks Challenge.)

Bonus Entries:
(You must enter a separate comment below for each entry AFTER the mandatory entry above.  We will verify all of your entries if you are the winner.)

  • “Like” Creator’s Gift Facebook page and tell her the Semi-Health Nut sent you there!  (Maybe tell her how adorable her aprons are too?)
  • Tweet about the giveaway.  Something like “I entered to win an adorable homemade apron on @SemiHealthNut’s blog and you should too!! –> http://ow.ly/fpPOU ” –>
  • “Favorite” Creator’s Gift on Etsy.
  • “Follow” @SemiHealthNut on Twitter.
  • “Like” the Semi-Healthy Blog Facebook page.
  • Pin any of these pictures or collages to pinterest OR follow all of my boards.

—— The contest ends Friday, November 30th…best of luck to you all! 🙂 —–

So adorable! This would be such a great gift for a new mom of a little girl, though I’m sure little boys would love these too, with the right pattern/color!

I am so thankful for my mom’s cooking. I can use her recipes to a T, but they never taste quite like hers. Also, she’s one of those pros who never measures anything or writes down her recipes that are floating in her head.

So cute! I’m so grateful for my dad’s cooking. He lost his job several years ago but in the meantime really learned how to cook for the family and make some great meals. He’s now the main chef in the house every night and whips up some pretty good meals. (I can at least vouch for the veg. ones). I’m not sure I’d gift him the apron but maybe my mom for her baking. 😉

Well I am grateful to MANY cooks but right now my little sister tops my list! I live alone and I don’t cook a whole lot (salad tops my list most days) so I am very thankful for her cooking! She makes such good food and is so thoughtful when thinking of drinks/dishes that I like and sending me home with leftovers, yum! She also has two little girls and a little boy on the way due in March.
