Well, what can I say. I adore chocolate.
And apparently it’s good for you. Antioxidants and whatnot.
Whole wheat toast smothered in Justin’s Chocolate Hazelnut Nutbutter. Oh my goodness that stuff is AMAZING! Dave (the BF) said “nutbutter” sounded dirty. He’s obviously not a foodie like us, huh? 😉
I had this particularly yummy bar as pre-workout fuel for my 4-miler yesterday.
Delightful post-workout smoothie that seriously tasted like cake-batter. Vanilla protein powder + almond milk. Yum.
I’ve had kind of a snacky lunch lately. Yesterday’s lunch-ish included some beanitos and Tostitos Artisan Black Bean and Garlic with some cottage cheese for dipping. Along with some crunch carrot chips.
Grilled chicken leftover on top of baby romaine and some sweet peppers. Topped with “italian” cheeses.
I also had my mixture of Cheribundi and flavored water. That stuff is tart so it helps to dilute it.
Cookie bar thing topped with melted chocolate and butterscotch chips. I just might be sharing this recipe soon if you guys want. 😉
A recent staple of mine: PEANUTBUTTER CHEERIOS. Plus granola and mini chocolate chips. Side of string cheese!
