I had (and still have) no food in the fridge. Well, no fresh food.
I had to get creative. Don’t judge.
I did, however, still have the bread and peanutbutter that I took to the farm. Breakfast was a winner…the rest of the day….
{Breakfast}: Peanutbutter toast with grandma jelly. (Skippy Natural PB is tasty!) Got some fresh jelly from the farm this weekend. 🙂
Also had coffee instead of the usual diet dew because I’m trying to do less carbonation on days that I run due to some side-stitch issues.
{Snackeroo}: More bread and peanutbutter with leftover granola from my Scotchie Granola Bars
(Normally I would not repeat the peanutbutter toast…but lack of food…)
{Lunch}: Leftover pizza, the last of my carrots and applesauce (that I usually use in my baking). That pizza was a bit freezer burned…yum right?
Workout time! I got overly excited about my shorts and black shoes that I ran out in the windy rain…didn’t even get two miles in due to the fact I was frozen, but I am okay with that. I did a good strength exercise beforehand. 🙂
{Post-workout}: Berry Healthy Fruit Smoothie
{Dinner}: Grilled chicken with chipolte sweet potato french fries
{Dessert}: The rest of the berrylicious smoothie 🙂
{Bedtime snack}: Snack bar and some delightful new tea I discovered
Green Tea Superfruit: Blackberry and Pomegranate. It looks pink. 🙂
Okay that wasn’t too terrible, but I should really go shopping soon!
