Happy Happy Friday!!
How has your week been? I can’t believe it’s Friday already! It’s a sneaky yet wonderful day that appears once a week to delight us all!
I am still a little sore from Body Pump so I didn’t even write this post last night like I said I would. Yep the arms are that sore.
Back to the Friday deal. On Fridays I like to recognize some of the foodie’s that I stalk follow all week. There are some very talented food writers and photographers out there and I can’t help but ooh and ahh over their recipes and think to myself, “I need to try that!”
So I compile a list of five to narrow it down. Enjoy!
Friday Five Foodie Finds
1. Peas and Crayons’ Snowflake Gift
Since it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…a beautiful foodie gift is the perfect way to start off! Jenn is super creative and I can’t get over how adorable these are!! I even put this on my Pinterest DIY Board!
2. Kiss my Whisk’s Spinach Balls
This lovely recipe uses spinnach and stuffing. Yum. I love creative ways of getting veggies in for the day!
3. The Better Mom’s Santa’s Sugar Cookie
I’m pretty sure I have a thing for peppermint. These caught my eye solely for that fact.
4. Iowa Girl Eat’s Baked Crab Rangoon
It’s not a surprise anymore that Kristin’s food shows up on my Friday Favorites. She should have her own little segment on my blog for how often her delicious food shows up. I got super excited when I saw a recipe to make your own crab rangoons and a semi-healthy version. Sign me up for that recipe!!
5. Savvy Eat’s Maple Sugar Cookies
Last but certainly not least are these delightful cookie creations. They are sugar cookies so they work for any season, and the maple part intrigues me. Must try!!

I am super proud that I figured out how to make buttons. 😉 Just copy-paste the code and put it on your side bar or in a post! Easy peasy! Thanks!
Well, it’s time for me to go to work! Would much rather stay home and browse more foodie blogs, but alas, I don’t get paid to do that! {Must find a way to get paid for that! :-)}
Have a wonderful friday friends!
What are your weekend plans? I’m off to a wedding this evening and getting my hurr fixed Saturday (I wanted them to go darker and I’ve decided to have them fix it!)
P.S. Get excited because sometime in the next couple of days I’m going to do a holiday foodie link-up! Round up your best holiday foods (as many recipes as you like) and get ready to link-em-up! I just have to figure out how to do it. 😉 {Here’s the link!! –> http://semihealthyblog.com/2011/12/sweet-cinnamon-biscuits-recipe-round-up/}
